35-year-old Jacobs failed to make a single competitive appearance last year, with his most recent fight a split-decision victory over Gabriel Rosado in November 2020.

Islington's Ryder fought most recently back in September 2021 when he needed just five rounds to stop Slovakian rival Josef Jurko.

He has not fought in Brtain since 2019, when he lost to Callum Smith, before the coronavirus pandemic took hold.
